Nestled in the Noordhoek Valley this Biltong Shop has been perfecting the traditional South African biltong for over 20 years. Our Biltong and Dry Wors are manufactured here in our factory shop and sold for retail from this physical store and via our online shop. Storing your Biltong and Dry Wors

Our strict hygiene, selected ingredients and quality manufacturing processes, complete with high-tech packaging processes ensures excellent shelf-life.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS FOR BILTONG & DRY WORS: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry area. Do not expose to heat or direct sunlight.

OPEN PRODUCT: As this product is exposed to varying ambient conditions once it leaves our premises, it is intended to be consumed immediately. Should you wish to keep it longer, we recommend you freeze it in a sealed container. Do not partially or fully defrost without consuming as this could accelerate mould growth.

VACUUM-PACKED PRODUCT: We guarantee the freshness of our vacuum-packed products, while still sealed. Once the seal is broken, within reason, the product is expected to be consumed immediately. Once the seal is broken, the freshness “clock” starts ticking. Should you wish to keep it longer, we recommend you freeze it in a sealed container. Do not partially or fully defrost without consuming as this could accelerate mould growth.
