📝 Basic Overnight Oats Recipe
Ingredients (1 serving):

½ cup rolled oats

1 tablespoon Slivers Chia Seeds

¾ cup milk (or plant-based milk of your choice)

2 tablespoons yogurt (optional for extra creaminess)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Toppings & Mix-Ins:

2 tablespoons Slivers Health Seed Mix

A handful of Slivers nuts (almonds, cashews or mixed nuts)

Dried fruit like raisins, goji berries or cranberries

Fresh fruit (banana, apple, berries, or seasonal fruit)
🥄 Method:

Combine the oats, chia seeds, milk, yogurt, and sweetener in a jar or container. Stir well to combine.

Cover with a lid and place in the fridge overnight (or at least 4–6 hours).

In the morning, give it a good stir. If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk.
