📝 Basic Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon Slivers Chia Seeds

  • ¾ cup milk (or plant-based milk of your choice)

  • 2 tablespoons yogurt (optional for extra creaminess)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Toppings & Mix-Ins:

  • 2 tablespoons Slivers Health Seed Mix

  • A handful of Slivers nuts (almonds, cashews or mixed nuts)

  • Dried fruit like raisins, goji berries or cranberries

  • Fresh fruit (banana, apple, berries, or seasonal fruit)


🥄 Method:

  1. Combine the oats, chia seeds, milk, yogurt, and sweetener in a jar or container. Stir well to combine.

  2. Cover with a lid and place in the fridge overnight (or at least 4–6 hours).

  3. In the morning, give it a good stir. If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk.
