White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

 

What You Need
1 cup of softened butter
½ cup of white sugar
¾ cup of packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
½ teaspoon of almond extract
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking soda
½ teaspoon of salt
2 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
1 cup of white chocolate, coarsely chopped

Directions
Preheat your oven to 180C.
In a large bowl, add the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Mix until the mixture is smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.
Combine the flour, salt, and baking soda and gradually stir into the creamy mixture.
Add the macadamia nuts and white chocolate. Drop this dough with a spoon on greased cookie sheets.
Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the cookies are golden brow
